How do you get multiple photographers on the same page so they can shoot within the constraints of the brief and the CI, throughout Africa and produce remotely, with no creative or core agency production on the same location, or in the country!
BRIEF THEM WELL!
So the challenge started, telephonic briefings, Skype calls, shoot parameters and angles set, requirements and recommendations, followed by pre prods and documents flying, approvals and prayers! Hiccups, location scouts not pitching, furious WhatsApps flying with help, approvals and some fun behind the scenes.
We got all images, recons, props, contact and hardrives back into ZA, to be rewarded with a very happy client!
There is a saying in this country “A Boer maak a plan!” and we made numerous!
